“Mili joined us in 2017 on our Pacific Heath Care Assistant Cadetship A+ Trust Scholarship Programme. She joined level 9, National Women’s Health Operating Rooms in our very first intake from the Enrolled Nurse Supported into Practice Programme (ENSIPP) as a new graduate in November 2021 and recently graduated from the programme.
“Mili is very humble and is a hard worker. She has been consistent throughout her training and has always taken feedback constructively. While under the pressure of learning the roles in the operating room during the Omicron surge, Mili has managed to successfully accomplish all aspects of being a competent Operating Room nurse and works confidently in our complex theatres.
