“My daughter was very scared when we were told she had to remain in the hospital overnight. Marika was so kind and patient, explaining things very clearly to her and assuring her they would do everything they could to help and make her feel safe."
“Marika told my daughter that she could get through it and not to let this experience put her off hospitals. She spoke to our GP on the phone and we knew that she understood the situation. Even though she was super busy, Marika made the time to come in and check how my daughter was the next morning.
