"Megan was seconded rapidly from Ward 97 to help fill the late-minute vacancies for Gynaecology outpatient clinics. Megan had big shoes to fill with minimal training due to the Xmas/New Year period, and Megan has stepped up and filled those shoes and more.
Her organisational abilities are outstanding to the point she ensures all medical rosters for the week are filled to capacity with the right patient to ensure timely delivery of our service with the right medical staff. Quite often this involves ensuring the patient's outcome forms are matched with the right clinic appointment and moving the patients around to be seen by the doctor that best meets their needs.
